Job summary

Harley-Davidson is seeking a Sales Strategy and Program Lead for Parts & Accessories. This hybrid UK-based role focuses on developing dealer-facing programs, events and growth initiatives across the EMEA network to drive P&A sales performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and HDU to improve inventory, attachment rates, and dealer profitability while leveraging data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience in dealer networks or similar sectors.
• Effective verbal and written communication and ability to present to dealers.
• PM and program-management experience with multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and digital selling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of dealer-facing Parts & Accessories growth programs.
• Develop initiatives to boost dealer inventory investment and merchandising.
• Partner with Field Sales Managers to lift performance, attachment, and customization sales.
• Coordinate P&A spaces at major events and create content and materials.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive retail performance via data-driven insights.
