Job summary

Legal & General is seeking a Transitions Manager to join our Award-Winning Pension Risk Transfer business. You will own scheme-specific transition plans, coordinate across trustees, advisers, administrators and internal teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

With strong DB pension knowledge and project-management skills, you’ll manage end-to-end transitions, support business development activities and help maintain exceptional customer outcomes. Hybrid work model in the UK.

Qualifications

• Pension risk transfer experience essential.
• Experience administering or onboarding defined benefit schemes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong planning and delivery skills.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent PM experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scheme-specific transition plans for PRT transactions.
• Manage end-to-end transition activity against timelines, risks and milestones.
• Collaborate with trustees, advisers, brokers and administrators on data and verification processes.
• Support PRT business development, tenders and site visits.
• Lead internal workstreams and collaborate with teams across L&G to deliver transitions.
• Maintain transition MI and provide timely updates to management.
