Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Training Solution Architect to support the ITS integration, installation and commissioning for UK MOD. You will coordinate hardware, software and courseware across stakeholders, driving integration strategies and risk management.

The role is predominantly home-based but requires travel to meetings and duties with BPSS/SC clearance eligibility. You will work within the Training Coherence Team to align courseware with training media and ensure a coherent training pipeline.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in operation and training of complex submarine systems.
• Experience implementing integration projects in a defence environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Defence training systems.
• Problem analysis and resolution in a secure environment.
• Experience across security classifications and Secure by Design principles.
• Ability to quickly form effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Configuration management processes and systems.
• Possess, or be capable of obtaining, Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues impacting delivery of training systems into the training environment and develop solutions.
• Liaise with specialists to identify on-site training element requirements for integration.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders for programme alignment.
• Oversee integration of course elements, devices and courseware from development to installation and commissioning.
• Act as subject matter expert on installation, commissioning and handover of devices.
• Ensure handover via strict acceptance criteria and required artefacts.
• Collaborate with IA and Safety leads to meet device requirements.
• Coordinate with Courseware/Media team to meet external requirements.
• Work with Security representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on integration metrics and handover progress.
