Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is recruiting for an Apprenticeships Telesales Executive in Redditch, Worcestershire. This office-based role offers hybrid working after induction and probation, with a salary of £25,000–£28,000 per annum.

You will generate and qualify new business opportunities by speaking with businesses and promoting apprenticeship programmes, driving targets and building relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telesales, outbound sales or lead generation.
• Ability to work toward telephone, sales or performance targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort building rapport with business contacts.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to new and existing business contacts.
• Promote apprenticeship programmes and generate initial interest.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for the BDM team.
• Re-engage existing and lapsed clients to uncover new opportunities.
• Follow up leads from marketing campaigns and CRM records.
• Record conversations and activities accurately in the CRM.
• Work toward agreed call, sales and KPI targets.
• Keep up to date with apprenticeship provision and funding.
