Job summary

The Organisation is seeking a B2B Sales Executive for an apprenticeship-focused role in Redditch. This is a telephone-based position where you’ll engage with employers, qualify opportunities and contribute to the growth of the apprenticeship programme.

You will join a supportive team, receive comprehensive training from induction, and work toward individual and team sales targets in a hybrid working setup following probation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or lead generation experience.
• Experience making outbound calls and engaging businesses to generate opportunities.
• Track record of meeting sales, call, lead or performance targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for business contacts.
• Strong organisation and CRM record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new, existing and lapsed clients, introducing apprenticeship programmes.
• Speak with employers and decision-makers to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Qualify leads before passing suitable opportunities to Business Development Managers.
• Follow up marketing campaigns and prior client interactions to maximise engagement.
• Record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM accurately.
• Work toward call, sales and KPI targets and support wider business growth.
• Assist targeted sales campaigns and stay up to date with apprenticeship provision and funding.
