Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive – Apprenticeships in Redditch. You will contact businesses by phone, promote apprenticeship programmes and qualify opportunities to hand to the Business Development team.

You should be comfortable with a high-volume outbound approach, meeting targets and using a CRM to track progress. The role starts office-based with hybrid options after induction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development.
• Experience generating and qualifying new opportunities via outbound calls.
• Comfort with targets, KPIs and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects and clients.
• Present apprenticeship programmes and generate interest.
• Identify needs and qualify leads for the Business Development team.
• Follow up on marketing leads and re-engage previous clients.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve individual KPIs.
