S Knights Recruitment is recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive Apprenticeships in Redditch, Worcestershire. The role is predominantly telephone-based, engaging with employers to introduce apprenticeship opportunities and generate qualified leads.

You will build rapport with decision-makers, work toward sales targets and record activity in the CRM. Initially office-based with hybrid working after induction and probation, the position offers a salary of £25,000–£28,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales, or a similar role.
• Experience making outbound calls and engaging businesses to generate sales opportunities.
• A track record of working towards sales, call, lead generation or performance targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills with CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new, existing and lapsed business clients, introducing apprenticeship programmes and creating initial interest.
• Speak with employers and decision-makers to understand their requirements and identify potential apprenticeship and training opportunities.
• Qualify leads before passing suitable opportunities to Business Development Managers for further progression.
• Follow up marketing campaigns and previous client interactions to maximise opportunities and generate further engagement.
• Build strong professional relationships with business contacts while providing a positive customer experience.

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced B2B Sales Executive, Sales Executive or Lead Generation professional who is confident speaking with businesses and motivated by achieving targets?

We are working with a growing organisation within the apprenticeship and skills sector that is looking for a commercially focused sales professional to join its team in Redditch.

This is a predominantly telephone-based role, where you will engage with employers, introduce apprenticeship training opportunities, identify potential requirements and generate qualified leads for the wider Business Development team.

The Role

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively engaging businesses and generating new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to new, existing and lapsed business clients, introducing apprenticeship programmes and creating initial interest.
• Speaking with employers and decision-makers to understand their requirements and identify potential apprenticeship and training opportunities.
• Qualifying leads before passing suitable opportunities to Business Development Managers for further progression.
• Following up marketing campaigns and previous client interactions to maximise opportunities and generate further engagement.
• Building strong professional relationships with business contacts while providing a positive customer experience.
• Accurately recording client interactions, sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Working towards individual call, sales and KPI targets and contributing to wider business growth.
• Supporting targeted sales campaigns and keeping up to date with apprenticeship provision, funding opportunities and relevant sector developments.

The Ideal Candidate

We re looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware and comfortable working in a telephone-led sales environment.

You ll ideally have:

• At least one year s experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales, lead generation or a similar role.
• Experience making outbound calls and engaging businesses to generate sales opportunities.
• A track record of working towards sales, call, lead generation or performance targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to build rapport with different types of business contacts.
• A positive, resilient and self-motivated approach with the drive to achieve results.
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills, with good attention to detail when maintaining CRM records.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or database systems.
• Previous experience within apprenticeships, education, training or the skills sector would be advantageous.
• Level 2 English and Maths.
