Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded B2B Sales Executive in Redditch to drive outbound outreach and generate apprenticeship opportunities. The role is telephone-based and targets conversion through proactive discovery and qualification of client needs.

You will work with employers, manage CRM data and collaborate with Business Development for progression, with hybrid working after induction and probation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in B2B sales or telesales or lead generation.
• Experience making outbound calls to businesses to generate opportunities.
• Track record of meeting sales, call or lead targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with business contacts.
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to work towards measurable results.
• Strong CRM and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing clients, introducing apprenticeship programmes and generating interest.
• Speak with employers and decision-makers to identify requirements and opportunities.
• Qualify leads before passing opportunities to Business Development Managers.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and prior interactions to maximise engagement.
• Build professional relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Record client interactions and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
• Work towards individual call, sales and KPI targets and support campaigns.
