Job summary

Roche Products Ltd. is seeking a Technical Specialist in Engineering to join our Regional Customer Support Centre in Burgess Hill.

Hybrid role with minimum 2 days in office; you will provide high-value engineering support to customers across the UK, Ireland, Nordics and wider EMEA‑LATAM regions, ensuring reliable diagnostic results for patients. You will diagnose faults, train customers, support launches, and assist the sales team while maintaining high quality and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with proven track record servicing high-value capital equipment.
• Experience in Molecular Diagnostics workflows is advantageous.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and scientific support to customers to keep lab systems running smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and complaints from start to finish, diagnosing faults and finding solutions.
• Train customers and staff, support new product launches, and assist the sales team.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting for complex situations and assist with system installations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data governance standards.
• Support cross-functional RCSC teams when needed and develop solution-focused mindset.
