Job summary

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure maximum uptime of Roche's diagnostic systems across the UK field team. The role covers molecular, tissue and serum work areas, including pre/post analytics, with a mix of on-site and remote diagnostics.

You will support customers, perform preventive maintenance, and generate operational reports to improve efficiency, working within a Central Customer-Centric Field Support Team in the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the IVD industry.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electro-mechanical hardware support including proactive and reactive tasks.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and generate reports to improve operations.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers on Roche diagnostic systems.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliant service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align service and sales objectives.
