Responsibilities

• Deliver electro-mechanical hardware support for Roche diagnostics systems.
• Troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and generate efficiency reports.
• Provide technical training to customers on Roche diagnostic systems.
• Maintain compliance and regulatory documentation for service activities.
• Build relationships with peers and stakeholders to align service and sales objectives.
• Attend internal reviews to track progress and ensure service excellence.
