Qualifications

• Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities.
• Proven troubleshooting experience in electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to train customers and transfer knowledge effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote diagnostic support to keep Roche diagnostics systems running.
• Perform preventive maintenance and address complex faults promptly.
• Deliver technical training to customers to enable optimal use of equipment.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance in service delivery.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to align service and sales goals.
• Participate in internal reviews to drive service excellence.
