Job summary

Roche is seeking a Technical Specialist in Engineering to support regional customers. You will diagnose faults, provide solutions, and contribute to training and launches, bridging technical issues with customer needs.

Ideal candidates have an engineering background and can work in a hybrid setup from Burgess Hill, Sussex, with a minimum 2 days in the office. English fluency is essential and knowledge of diagnostics is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified Engineer with a proven track record servicing high-value capital equipment.
• Background or technical familiarity with Molecular Diagnostics workflows is advantageous.
• Equivalent qualification to HNC/HND level or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints from start to finish, diagnosing faults and providing solutions.
• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting and support for Roche systems.
• Train customers and staff on Roche systems and coordinate product launches.
