Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager in Stirling to troubleshoot client queries on the Kube platform and maintain strong client relationships. The role blends accountancy knowledge with problem solving and offers full in-house training in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You will work within a close-knit team, handling cases through the internal portal, phone, and chat, while logging actions for transparency and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A passion for numbers and strong analytical skills.
• Financial Accounts / Business Studies / Software knowledge
• Experience in day-to-day accountancy
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office

Responsibilities

• To problem solve queries, maintain positive relationships, and provide support/advice to Yardi clients who use the Yardi Kube platform.
• You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience to fully understand the client's query and ask relevant questions to gain more information to build a case and bring it to a resolution.
• You will be the point of contact for clients via Yardi's internal case portal, telephone, and the platform's inbuilt chat function for questions, queries, and issues.
• You will be able to correctly prioritise cases and escape if required to the appropriate person/department.
• Advising and updating clients on the status of their cases, while maintaining all support logs and actions taken on the case for team transparency.
