As a Technical Support Executive, you will troubleshoot client issues, improve support processes, and build strong relationships with customers from SMBs to Enterprise.

You will proactively identify problems, become a product and industry expert, and contribute to customer-facing resources.

Qualifications

This role requires strong customer-facing communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
You should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with initiative.
Experience supporting clients via phone, email or online meetings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Become a product and industry expert and articulate value and ROI to customers.
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound B2B technical support queries.
Raise and track bugs, update clients on progress, and communicate fixes.
Support future Fixflo product updates and contribute to customer-facing knowledge.
Own support for integrations with Product team and maintain knowledge bases.
