Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to join its Customer Support Team in Stirling, blending accountancy know-how with client-focused problem solving. The role involves helping Yardi clients use the Kube platform, building relationships, and delivering timely solutions in a hybrid full-time setting.

The ideal candidate has a business/finance background, enjoys numbers, is comfortable with case handling via portal, phone and chat, and can work both in a team and autonomously.

Qualifications

• A passion for numbers and strong analytical skills.
• Financial Accounts / Business Studies / Software knowledge
• Experience in day-to-day accountancy
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office

Responsibilities

• Support Yardi’s market leading Kube coworking platform for clients via portal, phone and chat.
• Understand client queries, gather information, and build cases to bring them to resolution.
• Work within a close-knit team to share information quickly and effectively.
• Be the point of contact for clients via internal case portal, telephone and chat for questions and issues.
• Prioritise cases and escalate when required to the appropriate person/department.
• Advise and update clients on case status while maintaining logs and actions taken.

Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break (40 hours per week of hybrid working)

Overall responsibility: To problem solve queries, maintain positive relationships, and provide support/advice to Yardi clients who use the Yardi Kube platform.

Your responsibilities

• You will be supporting Yardi’s market leading Kube coworking platform.
• You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience to fully understand the client's query and ask relevant questions to gain more information to build a case and bring it to a resolution.
• Work seamlessly within a close tight-knit well established team so communications and information can be shared quickly and effectively.
• You will be the point of contact for clients via Yardi's internal case portal, telephone, and the platform's inbuilt chat function for questions, queries, and issues.
• You will be able to correctly prioritise cases and elevate if required to the appropriate person/department.
• Advising and updating clients on the status of their cases, while maintaining all support logs and actions taken on the case for team transparency.

Experience/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
