Chapter 2 is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in the UK, seeking an experienced Talent Partner to lead hiring across Technology and generalist roles. This 6-month contract requires partnering with business leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience and a strong candidate journey.

You’ll build talent pipelines, manage multiple vacancies, and travel to the Leicester office 1–2 days per week. A 5+ year track record in TA is essential for this well-rounded recruitment professional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience in-house or RPO.
• Experience recruiting Technology and Generalist roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to Leicester 1–2 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding.
