Job summary

Quanex. Global TA Recruitment Partner role based in the UK, hybrid working model. Lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing and leadership roles while partnering with HR and hiring teams to attract top talent and drive recruitment excellence.

You will shape strategies, drive global projects, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliant hiring practices across multiple countries. The role requires 5–8 years of progressive recruiting experience and strong ATS/HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across manufacturing, professional, technical, operational and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop talent acquisition strategies that support growth.
• Drive global TA projects and process improvements across multiple countries.
• Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage data and metrics to provide insights and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies, automation tools and vendor partnerships.
• Advise leaders on recruitment strategy, workforce planning and best practices.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies globally.
• Support acquisitions and special TA projects as needed.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on time-to-fill and quality.
