Job summary

Chapter 2 in Leicester is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on an initial three-month contract. You will partner with business leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience across Technology, Product, and broader functions.

With 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, you will build proactive pipelines, manage end-to-end processes, and provide market insights while supporting a hybrid working model (1–2 days on site).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in-house or RPO environments.
• Experience recruiting Technology and Product roles and broader corporate functions.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to travel to Leicester 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Recruit across Technology, Product and broader business functions.
