Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Worcester is seeking two Talent Engagement Administrators to join the Central Talent Team. The role balances office and home working, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £25,844–£27,209 per year.

You will manage adverts, approvals, and pre-employment checks, while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and supporting managers throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in recruitment or HR.
• Customer service excellence with a focus on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Clear and professional communication, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal approvals, publish job adverts, and coordinate pre-employment checks (right to work, criminal records, references).
• Help manage a shared mailbox and respond to complex recruitment queries with professionalism and care.
• Support onboarding journey from offer to employment and assist improvements to recruitment processes.
