Job summary

Ibstock Plc is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver high-quality recruitment across the business in the UK. You will manage vacancies from brief through to offer, partnering with hiring managers and the People team to attract and secure the right people for UK sites and functions.

The role focuses on hands-on sourcing, candidate experience and hiring manager support, while building talent pipelines and contributing to attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
• Proven ability to source candidates directly through channels, networks and databases.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and adapt communication to audiences.
• Experience building talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage vacancies from brief to offer and provide a professional service.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and agree recruitment approaches.
• Directly source candidates via relevant channels and social media.
• Create engaging adverts and screen candidates to produce high-quality shortlists.
• Guide interview approaches and ensure fair recruitment practices.
• Keep candidates informed and coordinate offers and outcomes promptly.
• Maintain recruitment records and support use of approved agencies.
• Share market insights and contribute to attraction projects.
