Informed Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, consulting and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and enhance the candidate experience across the business.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including employer branding and campaigns. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within an in-house environment, ideally within professional services, technology or another knowledge-led business.
• Proactive and hands-on Talent Partner who thrives in a fast-paced scaling environment.
• Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, consulting and business support vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage and build relationships with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and market mapping.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Produce high-quality advert and attraction campaigns.
• Support offer management and onboarding activities.
