Job summary

Canopius is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team in Manchester. You will manage recruitment data, coordinate interviews, support early careers activity, and help optimise tools and processes in a hybrid role based 2–3 days a week in the office.

You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure accurate records, smooth recruiting workflows and insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Experience using HR systems and recruitment platforms to track and report on activity.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the HRIS and produce regular recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate interviews and support early careers recruitment across the UK.
• Support the Cirrus recruitment system, including testing changes and raising issues.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with ad-hoc projects.
