Job summary

Talent Acquisition Coordinator role in Peterborough, hybrid (3 days in office) reporting to Head of HR. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, work with hiring managers and agencies, and drive an outstanding candidate experience across multiple vacancies.

The role values sourcing, organisation and proactive recruitment guidance. In-house recruitment experience and knowledge of recruitment analytics are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment campaigns in-house.
• Candidate sourcing across multiple channels and platforms.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment campaigns across multiple business areas.
• Draft engaging adverts, job descriptions and attraction materials.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and networks.
• Manage candidate communications and recruitment pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection activities.
• Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and agencies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment screening.
• Promote fair, inclusive and compliant recruitment practices.
