Job summary

Aspire Recruitment in Salford is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level sales roles. You will manage briefs, candidate screening, interviews and offers while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

This hybrid role offers a base salary of £35,000–£45,000 with realistic OTE £45,000–£65,000, and a Monday-to-Friday 8am–5pm schedule. Join a growing team focused on delivery over BD and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple live assignments.
• Commercially aware and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialist sales roles.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements, culture and hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment processes from qualification through to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews and obtain detailed feedback from clients and candidates.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Deliver a first-class candidate and client experience at every stage.
