Qualifications

• 5–10 years hands‑on experience in IT support (1st/2nd line).
• Strong ITIL framework knowledge and incident management.
• Active Directory administration and security groups handling.
• Citrix XenApp administration and maintenance.
• Windows Server 2012/2016 design, deployment, and support.
• VMware virtualization management.
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, VLAN) and DNS.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• VPN setup and maintenance.
• Backup software and recovery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support, root‑cause analysis, and knowledge base updates.
• Coordinate with London team and external vendors for complex resolutions during migrations and lifecycle projects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IT data, auditing compliance, and SLA achievement for the support unit.
• Assist with onboarding of IT migrations from legacy systems to new environments.
