Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking an Applications Support Analyst for a permanent, full-time role in London. Hybrid working is available with a 35-hour week and a starting salary of £36,121 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package.

You will be responsible for supporting and improving our client’s core business systems, ensuring reliability, security and a great user experience across the organisation, while collaborating with suppliers and resolving incidents.

Qualifications

• 2nd-line application support in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration.
• Strong experience resolving incidents and service requests.
• Experience working with suppliers or 3rd party support teams.
• Experience producing user guides or training materials would be advantageous.
