Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a System Support Analyst to join our IT team in Northampton on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on system implementation, support and as the SME for key business systems.

You will liaise with business units and vendors, manage change lifecycles, support UAT, document processes and contribute to continuous improvement while aligning with safeguarding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Becoming the SME for various systems and how they are used
• Understand and support end-to-end system change lifecycle
• Liaise with business units and vendors about changes and releases

Responsibilities

• Build up knowledge and become the SME for various systems
• Learn, understand and support the end to end system change lifecycle (Bright Horizons and vendor)
• Learn about the tools used by Developers or vendors to manage change
• Facilitate workshops with the business, users and/or vendors and ensure findings are documented
• Manage a system change pipeline and change log with stakeholders
• Collect data, carry out research, analyse information and document findings
• Map processes, write procedures and create project documentation
• Gather, document, verify and analyse business requirements and business rules
• Complete gap and impact analysis
• Support UAT activities by helping to develop and refine test plans, test cases and test scripts
• Support implementation by working on plans, rollout schedules
• Produce clear and concise documentation for audiences
• Provide SOX, audit and compliance support as required
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with business areas and vendors
