Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring a System Support Analyst to partner with the Business and IT teams. The role is hybrid and based near our Northampton office with weekly attendance, full-time hours (37.50 per week).

You will become the SME for key systems, manage changes with vendors, facilitate workshops, support UAT and test planning, and produce clear documentation for stakeholders. A proactive, team-minded attitude will help you thrive in this varied role.

Qualifications

• PC literate with ability to navigate business systems.
• Analytical mindset and problem solving to address system issues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with users and vendors.
• Ability to challenge requirements and document changes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Become SME for various systems and how they are used.
• Support end-to-end system change lifecycle with Bright Horizons and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops with business, users and vendors and document findings.
• Manage system change pipeline and change log with owners and stakeholders.
• Document business requirements, run UAT support and test planning.
• Produce clear documentation and assist auditable controls as needed.
• Build relationships across business areas and with vendors.
