• Proactively identifying and approaching potential new clients.
• Winning temporary and permanent recruitment vacancies.
• Making outbound business development calls and attending events.
• Building relationships with businesses across sectors and speaking with decision-makers.
• Following up leads and identifying new recruitment opportunities.
• Re-establishing relationships with previous and dormant clients.
• Arranging meetings and introducing the agency's recruitment services.
• Negotiating terms and working with the recruitment team on filling vacancies.
• Working towards agreed new-business targets and KPIs.
