You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes. A UK driving license and strong communication skills are essential, with full-time hours Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive business development activities.
• Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise business growth.
• Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce planning.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Ensuring candidate compliance and completing all associated administration accurately.
• Working towards and exceeding individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
