Job summary

Appello Careline Limited. is seeking a SmartTEC Administrator to keep installation projects moving, support customers and ensure flawless delivery of Smart Life services.

The role is hybrid in New Milton with 70% office and 30% remote work, 35 hours per week, and a salary up to £26,000 depending on experience. You will handle contract administration, customer liaison, and ensure accurate records while training customers on EVO and DMP tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrative role with customer service focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and clear telephone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; experience with service management systems or Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Input contract details into MIS (Business Central).
• Support field-based Contracts Managers with customer liaison.
• Create, release, and send purchase orders.
• Maintain organised electronic filing systems.
• Progress outstanding orders and schedule deliveries.
• Manage subcontractor paperwork in line with ISO standards.
• Onboard customers onto EVO for Smart Life deliveries.
• Train customers on DMP.
• Oversee end-to-end Smart Life customer journey.
