Job summary

Livity Life Limited is seeking an Installation Technician to join our TEC service team in East Sussex. You will be responsible for the delivery, installation and collection of TEC equipment in clients’ homes and related locations, and you may also service and repair equipment as needed.

You will work with a determined, supportive team and benefit from full training, a company van for work purposes, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Previous relevant experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence (min 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• You must be able to load and unload goods, some may be heavy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• PAT testing experience is advantageous, training available.
• Van driving experience would be beneficial.
• Comfortable working with vulnerable people across our counties.
• Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, installation and collection of TEC equipment in people’s homes and associated locations across East Sussex.
• Servicing and repair of TEC equipment as needed.
