Job summary

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Technician for Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Delivery & Development. The role involves hands-on assessment and installation of TEC equipment in people\'s homes, with a focus on both traditional telecare and proactive technology.

You will assess needs remotely and in home settings, ensuring outcomes are met. The post requires practical TEC installation experience; you will work across Herefordshire, with agile working and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Practical telecare and TEC installation experience essential.
• Experience installing and configuring telecare and TEC equipment in people\'s homes.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and complete strengths-based TEC assessments.
• Independently install, configure, test, and fault-find telecare and TEC equipment.
• Set up and review daily activity monitoring and interpret data to inform care decisions.
• Contribute to equipment evaluation, pilot projects and service improvement.
