Job summary

Livity Life in Oxfordshire is seeking an Installation Technician to join our TEC Service Centre in Bicester. You will be delivering, installing and collecting TEC equipment in people’s homes across Oxfordshire, ensuring safe and reliable setup.

You will also be involved in servicing and repairing equipment, with full training provided where needed. This full-time role offers a company van, pension and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work off their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Previous relevant experience is preferable however full training will be provided
• You must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points
• You must be able to load and unload goods some of which may be heavy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
• Previous PAT testing experiences an advantage, but training can be provided
• Previous van driving experience would be beneficial
• You must be comfortable working with vulnerable people across our counties
• Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Delivery, installation and collection of TEC equipment within people's homes across Oxfordshire.
• Servicing and repair of TEC equipment as required.
