Job summary

Inspired ICT Solutions Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our growing team supporting primary schools across Berkshire, North Hampshire and South Oxfordshire. The role combines home-based work during term time with on-site visits during school holidays.

You will handle IT issues across hardware, software and network domains, administer Microsoft 365, and assist with installs, upgrades and projects in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Practical IT support experience, ideally in education or MSP environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical users.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; ability to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and effective IT support to teachers and staff.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, software, servers and network equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and school IT systems.
• Manage support tickets, prioritise tasks and keep users informed.
• Document faults, solutions and configurations clearly.
