Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a Works Planner to join the Planning Team in Halifax. The role focuses on efficient scheduling of repairs and maintenance, maximizing appointments and technician productivity to deliver a right-first-time service for residents.

The successful candidate will work to communicate clearly with operatives, managers and customers and support day-to-day operations from our Halifax base, with a hybrid option after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office environment.
• Experience delivering frontline responsive repair service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data interrogation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the electronic scheduling system to maximise appointments.
• Ensure effective communication with operatives, staff, managers and customers.
• Monitor work to agreed timescales in line with policies.
• Coordinate scheduling with Planning and Repairs Systems Leader and teams.
