Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator to ensure orders move smoothly from capture to delivery across internal systems and supplier portals. Based in Reading with hybrid working (2–3 days a week), you will create and validate orders, maintain data accuracy and keep stakeholders informed throughout the order lifecycle.

A performance bonus and family-friendly benefits complement a 37-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order management or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate and submit customer orders and process cease activities across internal systems and supplier portals.
• Check order information for completeness and accuracy to ensure readiness for processing and delivery.
• Provide guidance to Sales on order requirements and process compliance.
• Liaise with Customer Delivery and suppliers to progress orders, resolve issues and ceases.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, records and stakeholder communication throughout the order lifecycle.
• Provide timely updates on order status, risks, delays and dependencies to stakeholders.
