Job summary

Neos Networks in Reading is looking for a Provisioning Order Manager on a 12‑month FTC. The role offers hybrid working (2–3 days in the Reading office) with some home working flexibility.

You will own end‑to‑end delivery of customer orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure provisioning is accurate and delivered on time, with proactive updates to customers and clear milestones throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
• A-levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, or Telecommunications desirable but not essential.
• Practical experience in order management and provisioning is common.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer orders across multiple suppliers and systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers with clear, timely updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and supplier portals to ensure provisioning is accurate and delivered on time.
• Forecast delivery volumes and provide the committed delivery date (CDD) to customers.
