Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator based in Reading, with hybrid working 2–3 days per week. The role focuses on enabling smooth, accurate progression of customer orders from capture to delivery, updating supplier portals, and ceasing activity when required.

You will support Sales, Customer Delivery and external suppliers by ensuring orders are complete, data is accurate and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the order lifecycle, contributing to timely revenue realisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support, order management, customer service, provisioning or business operations role, ideally within telecommunications, connectivity or another process-driven service environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate and submit customer orders and process cease activities accurately across internal systems and third‑party supplier portals.
• Check order information for completeness and accuracy, ensuring readiness for processing, delivery or cessation.
• Provide guidance to Sales teams on order requirements, process compliance and system completion.
• Liaise with Customer Delivery teams and external suppliers to progress orders, cease requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, record keeping and stakeholder communication throughout the order lifecycle.
