Job summary

Neos Networks is hiring an Order Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of customer orders, coordinating with network partners and suppliers to ensure services are provisioned accurately and on time. You will be the main contact for customers, providing clear progress updates and managing escalations to maintain a high level of service.

The role supports flexible working with a base Reading location and hybrid arrangements, offering a salary up to £35k plus a bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
• A‑levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, or Telecommunications desirable
• Practical experience in order management and provisioning
• Provisioning/Order Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of customer orders across multiple suppliers
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal teams and supplier portals to ensure on-time provisioning
• Forecast delivery volumes and maintain accurate committed delivery dates (CDD)
