Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator in Reading to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders from capture to delivery. You will support Sales, Customer Delivery and external suppliers, ensuring orders are processed correctly and stakeholders stay informed throughout the order lifecycle.

The role emphasises data quality and timely revenue realisation, with hybrid working and a salary of £32,000–£36,000 plus a bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order management, or customer service.
• Experience in telecommunications or process-driven service environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate and submit customer orders and process ceases across internal systems and supplier portals.
• Check order information for completeness and accuracy to ensure readiness for processing or delivery.
• Provide guidance to Sales on order requirements and system completion.
• Liaise with Customer Delivery and external suppliers to progress orders and resolve issues.
• Maintain data accuracy and stakeholder communication throughout the order lifecycle.
