Job summary

Neos Networks seeks a Sales Support Co-ordinator to enable smooth progression of customer orders from capture to delivery, including portal-based tail orders and cessation where required.

The role supports Sales, Customer Delivery and external suppliers, ensuring orders are processed correctly, data quality is maintained, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the order lifecycle. A permanent full-time role with hybrid working in Reading.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, order management, customer service, provisioning or business operations.
• Industry experience in telecommunications, connectivity or other process-driven services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate and submit customer orders; process cease activities across systems and supplier portals.
• Check order information for completeness and accuracy for processing, delivery or cessation.
• Guide Sales teams on order requirements, process compliance and system completion.
• Coordinate with Customer Delivery teams and suppliers to progress orders and resolve issues.
• Maintain high data accuracy, records and stakeholder communication throughout the order lifecycle.
• Provide timely updates on orders, risks, delays, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Support delivery and revenue by minimising order errors, rework, and processing delays.
• Monitor adherence to processes, controls and service expectations within Sales Support.
