Job summary

British Red Cross in Salford is seeking a Sales Executive to convert conversations into life-saving outcomes. This hybrid role involves both home-based and in-office work, with an induction and ongoing training to support performance and customer care.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, build client relationships, and guide customers to the right training solutions, aiming to exceed sales targets while maintaining compassionate service.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers by telephone inbound calls and outbound follow-ups to promote first aid training, mental health courses and automatic external defibrillators in a supportive environment.
• Building relationships and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
• Responding to enquiries promptly with professionalism and care.
• Keeping accurate records in our CRM database and booking systems.
• Confirming details of bookings accurately in writing by email.
• Meeting and exceeding targets through calls and bookings.
