Placements24 is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Supervisor for our Randburg store. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead store teams, manage inventory, and ensure a high standard of customer service across on-site and strategic remote planning.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in retail operations, proven leadership, strong POS and inventory control knowledge, and a track record of improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in retail operations or store supervision.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong inventory control, POS systems, and operational processes knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management software.
• High school diploma; degree in Business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to meet performance targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, receiving, and accuracy checks.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
