About the Role Our client, a well-regarded retailer, is looking for an experienced and inspiring Lead Retail Team Supervisor to guide and motivate their store team in Randburg, Gauteng . This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a thorough understanding of retail operations, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the store management and empowering the sales floor team in Randburg .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily guidance to a team of retail associates.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to enhance performance.
• Drive sales initiatives and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
