You’ll manage enquiries across individual reservations, group bookings, meetings and events, guiding customers from initial enquiry through to confirmation with expert advice and tailored solutions.

You’ll work across two reservation teams, partnering with hotels, revenue teams and account managers to ensure every booking is accurate, professional and satisfying.
