Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a Groups Reservations Executive to support the sales and reservations operation in the UK. You will manage group enquiries, build relationships with clients and ensure accurate, professional bookings throughout the journey.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with sales, revenue and operations teams to maximise occupancy and revenue. Relevant hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, sales or hospitality is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and MS Office.
• Positive, professional client relationship approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage group accommodation enquiries and reservations from initial enquiry through to arrival.
• Build positive relationships with clients, guests and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and reservation details accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate rooming lists, booking amendments and group requirements.
• Work with sales, revenue and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reservation information in hotel systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
• Support achievement of occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey.
