Job summary

SF Partners is hiring two Learning & Development Advisors to drive a new L&D approach across a UK-wide organisation and grow its training team. The role offers hybrid working, is full-time and permanent, and is based from a local office.

You will design and deliver training both in person and online, identify learning needs with stakeholders, and create materials for diverse audiences while supporting and leading L&D projects as required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions including digital content.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and solutions.
• Commitment to professional development and inclusive learning design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and suitable solutions.
• Develop learning materials and digital content for different audiences.
• Support L&D projects, taking the lead where appropriate.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the wider L&D team to deliver projects within deadlines.
