Job summary

Jackson Hogg Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator in Newcastle upon Tyne with hybrid working. This role supports a busy People & Culture function by delivering engaging learning experiences and coordinating activity from bookings to learner records.

The successful candidate will manage LMS-based processes, generate reports, and liaise with managers and external providers to ensure professional, accessible learning experiences that drive growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning, training or development activity.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating learning programmes, workshops, inductions and development activities.
• Managing bookings, attendance and learner records through the LMS.
• Supporting colleagues and stakeholders with learning queries.
• Producing reports and monitoring learning compliance and completion rates.
• Coordinating suppliers, purchase orders and invoicing activity.
• Helping improve processes and supporting the development of learning systems.
